Quality Management SECTION 3 PART “C QUALITY ASSURANCE AND QUALITY CONTROL Our Quality control Department vigorously follows Quality Assurance Plans and Inspection procedures. All activities are recorded in the Quality Control Chart and Inspection Data/Certificate File prepared for submission to Inspection Agency & Clients. Inspection instruments & accessories are maintained and properly & regularly checked. Welding Priocedure Qualifications , Welder’s performance Test Records , etc . are well recorded and updated from time to time . Qualification of our welders has been done by various reputed inspection agencies and consultants. Strict Quality Control if maintained right from inspection of raw materials and bought out components to fabrication , heat treatment, surface finishing , painting and packing. The welder’s are qualified for various positions from 1G to 6G and diverse materials including low alloy steels , stainless steels , non ferrous , titanium ,monels , inconels etc.
